I saw that boy at the football game and I met troy. I dunno, it is really up to you but to me it seemed that Joe was a little to eager to impress (not that thats necesarrily bad) and Troy seemed to just have a really good nature about him. You sat all night and talked to Troy that one night, I don't know how you communicate with Joe but I'd go with whoever you can talk to better and still have fun with because the sweet notions like giving you a flower will not always be there if you do date for awhile.

If you decide Joe, just be honest with Troy early on and tell him whats up and how you feel. Honesty is the best policy Sami! haha.
