For the last two years or so, I have developed the habit of buying food fresh. I figure out what I'm going to eat for the next day or two, and go to the store and buy it then and there. Well, we got about a half inch of ice last night (with another quarter- to a half-inch tonight), so I'm effectively trapped in my apartment.
