I don’t sleep with her anymore. It’s already to that point. That’s the warning sign for the imminent end, I know it well. I told her I would stay with her until she gets on her feet, but I know I’m going to leave then. And I know it’s going to kill me. I love her so much. I can’t live like this. My soul is dying here.

Rent is overpriced. Groceries cost three times as much. Electricity is higher, because you have to run the heater 24/7. Clothing, toys, books are all more expensive, because everything has to be shipped. Gas is atrociously high. Basically, people pay out the arse for the “privilege” of living here ( Read more... )

In the end, the flight itself was pleasant enough. The plane was barely populated, with only 40 passengers spread across the cabin for the midnight flight.
