I just found out I am most likely gluten-intolerant. My dad was tested and is.

Making this positive, it explains a lot such as the never ending fatigue.
AND there is gluten free flour and rice flour, so I can still have bread sometimes. Though, I'll miss it so.

The pain in my back was so severe last night that I didn´t fall asleep until after 8am. My chiropracter at home also diagnosed this as a herniated disc.

I´m really struggling with how I´m supposed to keep doing this.
But I don´t know how to give up.
