Set out fairly late on Monday.
Mainly cos place was very close.
Arrived at The Pompidou Centre.
It’s that crazy giant tube building.
The modern art museum.

There was a massive line
But figured didn’t have anything better to do than just stand around.
You had to travel up the museum in these giant tubes.
All the exhibitions were on the top levels.

Had a bit of a sleep in this morning.
Was nice.
While I was eating breakfast a parade walked past the apartment
On the street below.
Men in military uniforms, on horses, playing trumpets.
Pretty strange.
But hey im getting used to weird stuff like that now.

I set off today about 11am.
I had bought new CDs yesterday.
2 French artists.
Vanessa Paradis, who is Johnny Depp’s French wife.
She sings folky pop songs in French.
And the second was a French boy band called BB Brunes.

Croissant + jam
Phone calls to home.
Then set out for Hotel De Ville metro.
Caught the metro to this area is right near arc de triumph.
