These pictures crack me up.  They were taken within 10 seconds of each other but she didn't know if she should be happy because she was being talked to by her dad or mad because she had just woken up 5 minutes before and was HUNGRY!

I have forgotten how exhausting and time consuming a new baby can be.  I have also forgotten how much I fall in love with my babies.  Really, though, I can't complain too much.  Rachael is a very good baby.  She usually only cries when she needs something, she sleeps very well at night-only up once last night from 2:45 to 3:30 or so.  She takes ( Read more... )

I've got 5 more days of being pregnant. YEAH! I'm finally going to be able to meet this little beast who has been making me so miserable for the past several weeks! I'm 35 today, officially considered at an "advanced maternal age". I guess that means I'm also considered officially old, which, I guess, is ok because today I'm feeling it!

I'm sitting here at 3:07 a.m. wondering why the heck I'm awake.
