Every 15 minutes or so, this black rectangular box shows up in my screen for a second ans then disappears. I've run my spamkiller and virus checker and neither have found anything. Can someone help me with what this is and how to stop it?

I've deleted a few people; if it's you, I"m sorry, but we probably haven't talked in quite a while anyway. =/
