Yes it's true I'm going back to school because I finally figured out what I want to do with my life, I think, take two, hopefully taking classes will confirm my awesome idea.  So the new plan I'm getting a small business certificate and I will open my own bar and grill because as it turns out I love working in the food industry.  So yay for school!

Today I quit my teaching job.  And no that is not why I'm sad.  To sum up the experience I was a tutor for two spoiled, over privileged, pain in the ass children.  The ten year old in particular would throw FULL blow temper tantrums on a nearly daily basis making it IMPOSSIBLE for me to teach her and I would of course be blamed for her low scores ( Read more... )

You know you're living in a small town when there is an article in the local section of the paper (complete with picture) about a local hero (no one of consequence until now) rescuing a cat out of a tree.  I wish I was kidding.   I live in an exciting area!

I hurt my back kickboxing, the act itself is not old lady like at all but the result is the same, stuck in a bed and not being able to move.  In other news my computer died the good news is it gave me an excuse to get a mac book.
