We spent four days in Disney World this past weekend. I don't think I've ever walked so much in my life. According to Joey's dad's pedometer, we walked over 25 miles. This was our first trip without a stroller and the kids did great. Not a single complaint or meltdown. Amazing.

awww...such great pictures. Sounds like a fantastic trip and I love, love, love the one of Sam kissing the step-sister's hand...that's a great story and the picture does seem to make it clear that she was quite surprised...so cute!

I also kinda dig the Pirate mouse ears...I think I'm a little bit jealous of those.

The pirate mouse ears are pretty nifty.

They redid the Pirates ride so that it has Johnny Depp in a couple locations. It's kind of odd because his animatronic character is so much more realistic than the ones that are 35 years old. They also added a real cool special effect with Davy Jones (not the Monkee) at the beginning of the ride.

And then you exit through an elaborate Pirate gift store with everything from Playmobile pirate sets to adult pirate costumes. It was the best store in DW.
