I've come to the conclusion that i'm no good for myself. I am I really don't like who i am these days, well i mean it's not that i don't like who i am it's just that the decisions i've made are quite poor. It's okay though, it always is one way or another. I just want to stop having this feeling in my stomach.

Just when I had come up with a plan to organize things and make it so I can focus on training mark puts in his two week notice.
