This just might be in my world, though. I don't know whether it's true for everyone. There are so many different ideas.

And if reincarnation does exist... there's a finite number of people one could be reincarnated from. Populations change over time.

And some stay in Nirvana. So it definitely isn't like souls are all reincarnated.
