You have enough things requiring contractors, that it may be worth your money to sign up for Angie's List (http://www.angieslist.com) - I've been really happy with the contractors I found though their recomendations.

If you're looking for low-cost+high-quality work options, I've got this former husband (James Barkley, that is) who happens to be a professional maintenance man who renovates apartments for a living. He accepts side jobs, particularly from people he knows, and very likely charges less than most contractors. Just sayin'.
