So. Signed with one of our realtor buddies and the house will go on the market on the 15th. That's MONDAY. It's exciting... and terrifying. We're asking a bit more than we expected to shoot for, but as he points out, we can always adjust or negotiate-counter offer down. But you can't push UP. I defer to his more experienced judgement. Not mucking with it at the moment... on the Mac Pro down in the Studio just now, but came by it oddly. Due to the fact that SUNY now only likes Credit Cards and EFTs for Tuition and fees... they upfront want the money, and aren't the least interested in bank fees or bounced checks. At it's becoming a bit obvious, life for the Middle Class in the tri-state region is increasingly problematical... Our expenses have mounted steadily, while our income has been flat and tenuous since 2007. When Wall Street hit that week of record highs, all I could think of was, "Well. That's nice for YOU." But down here on Main Street, butkus.
