HBO and Cinemax are having a free weekend today and tomorrow so I am Tivo-ing things like crazy. Off-hand I have Alien vs. Predator, Collateral, Scooby-Doo 2, Starsky & Hutch, The Grudge, Feardotcom, The Nightmare Before Christmas, and Spider-man 2 set to record. Hmmm, do you know if they want kid-friendly VHS tapes, too? And do you know the address, or whatever? I have a pile of those that I'd love to send instead of just dumping off in the Goodwill box someday!

So, is this free movie day satelite-wide? Like Directv and Dish Network? Gotta check that out and set the 'ol Tivo to record some stuff. Thanks for the heads up!

I <3 violent video games! I love Unreal & Unreal Tournament. I was a HUGE DOOM freak way back. And, of course Lara Croft :-)

They are great stress relievers. My brother and I had 007: Goldeneye for the N64 and we would put on a cheat that made our character invisible and therefore undetectable to the enemies. Then we would wander around and find the most interesting ways to kill the guys. Great for anger management. Doom is great. Did you know they are making a movie of Doom with the Rock???

I just about fell over when I saw your name. You have been absent for awhile. Pretty busy I imagine.

After some initial play, I have fallen in love with RE4. It is easily on the best games ever made.

I need to replay MP2. Right now I am trying to finish off Guardian Legend for the NES, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow and Zelda: Oracle of Seasons for GB Adv., Blaster Master: Blasting Again for the PS and I just started a RE4 game on the GC. I'm such a huge nerd.

This is actually the second time we've pulled this. We have 3 six hour tapes full of movies we tivo-ed earlier this year when there was a free weekend. Starz is free next weekend as I understand it.

Brandon! That's totally awesome that you're gonna send in DVDs. I wish there was more that I could do to help as well.

We have actually seen feardotcom. I personally wasn't too impressed but Rachel really liked it. She said is scared the s*** out of her. I didn't really find it at all scary, but, oh well. So, we are tivo-ing it for her, definitely not for me. I'm more of a Scooby-Doo man.
