Lately it has been brought to my attention that I live in a neighborhood that is full of hipsters. Actually, this isn't news to me at all. I don't know why I just said this happened lately. After weeks of neglect, I am back! And lo, I have returned with good news! Our stint at the Fringe Festival was a success! We sold out all of our performances. Sure the house was only 53 seats, but still! That means a total of  265 tickets (and then some) were sold! We got good reviews!
