If your nose isn't stuffed up from the cold, breathing with your nose may be the most helpful thing. It will warm up the air.

But you need to stay warm and get plenty of rest until someone can take you to the hospital, Alessandro. You can get better help there.

Maybe even a doctor can come and visit you instead.
