affection haha, go for it. Quatre will be receptive to hugging, if a little bewildered, but he will be v. confused and may freak out if someone kisses him. Even if he has mutual feelings for the person. Flirting is a tossup, and the best way to call it is hit or miss.
sexual assault yes, but be aware: Quatre is a dangerous and unstable person. It may end very badly for your character. (otoh, it may go the way your character would like!)
harm I encourage this! I love torturing this kid, so starting fights and injuring does not need permission. If a particular injury can cause disability, discuss it with me; disabling an ablebodied person is a p. big change to their world view, especially if they are ableist.
