So hey. Happy 2011, several thousand minutes late. And Happy Christmas/Yule/Hanukkah/generic wintertime celebratory holiday thing, while I’m at it.

I love you, and I will fucking come and camp out on your couch to nom your head while you make a demo, seriously oh my god. Alternately, go hitchhiking with you. BOTH SOUND GOOD.

Honey I am so, so, so proud of you for everything in this. Seriously, I know how terrifying it is to admit that you need help dealing with things. But therapy is totally not scary once you get into it. YOu don't even have to "deal" with things every week. Sometimes you can just go in and ramble and tell stories about what happened during your week and vent about things that are pissing you off and your therapist has to listen. And that is the BEST PART. You are guaranteed time where someone is listening to you, where it's entirely their purpose in the room to listen to you.

because if I don’t actually TRY, I can’t discover that I’m a failure (oh hey issues, what’s up?)

Oh boy howdy, I know, right? But I think if you talk to the course advisor and figure out what you need to do between now and the point when you qualify for home student fees, you can totally rock this thing. Because you really are that awesome.

It's great that you went to your GP, I really hope you get referred to a therapist soon. *hugs*

That Masters course sounds brilliant! And if you do have to do some kind of vocational-type course in between hopefully there'll be plenty of options for that kind of thing in London.

In season two of Glee I've just got up to Kurt meeting Blaine - the hearts. They are in my eyes! (Also, did you see the rumour that the actor who plays Blaine is dating Zachary Quinto?)
