I got a taste of such things while working the NAAD, but to me the world of ground-pounders is still frightening and magical place. To pani and firstashore it's old hat but worth a read all the same.

So it begins...
A Miami police officer on Saturday fatally shot a naked man who was chewing on the face of another man on a downtown causeway off-ramp, police and witnesses said.
That's how you nip outbreaks in the bud, but they'll still have to be wary about causing a panic. People will notice if the cops start headshoting everything willy nilly.
