Continuous Cycle...

Why am I stuck in this cycle where I make the same mistakes repeatedly and seem to never learn from them? Is there something wrong with me? Sometimes I think so because I could've sworn I've learned my lesson, but then I find myself right back in the same spot I just was. Although, it is better the next time around, it's still the same place. I

Sometimes they key is telling God that you cannot do it by yourself. It worked for me when i kept trying to fix things on my terms and ways i thought would work. If we are not only willing to let God help, but Ask for his sole support he won't let you down. There are points in our lives that we are literally not strong enough to get out of a rut ourselves and need help getting out of it. Don't let people make you feel worse about them. Everyone has their problems in life that are repeated as well. Whatever it is deal with it in a God focused way. In other words don't focus on the problems more than the solutions.
