Cooking 101 (Pasta)
So I have finally made my Pasta, took a couple of tries to get it right, and a change of recipe I may add, BUT, I got it and I must say... it is GOOD! I'm sorry, it's sounds conceited but I am just being Dead serious. Here are some pictures I took, forgive the crappy quality of my camera phone.

Pasta Life
Life is like making home made pasta. It can get messy, and sometimes everything is falling apart. But all you can do is keep trying to keep it together, and keep working on it. Eventually, it will stick, and become the dough you want it to be. -
