New year, new habits
So far, I've done pretty well with my resolutions:- Morning routine: I take Glucosamine (for joints), do Wii Fit, and choose today's Most Important Tasks before checking email.

Frugal = Thoughtful
Christmas ended up being lovely. On Christmas eve I got some pale green and white flowers and did an arrangement for my mom. She really liked it and it actually inspired her to decorate the table around it with chargers, ribbons, candles, and christmas balls. The spirit of Christmas
Well, now we have the makings of a white Christmas... with one heckuva windchill. I did pretty much all of my christmas shopping weeks ago, and this weekend just picked up stuff my parent's asked me to get. My parents didn't start Christmas shopping until this weekend. It's my Christmas wishlist 2008. I know my parents are the only ones who really use it, but I still think it's fun to peek into what people want for Christmas. Yay frivolity!

Most useful tech?
There was a question on one of the blogs I read about early adoption of tech and it got me thinking. I'm slow to adopt a lot of new tech because I'm cautious with my money. I always want to make sure I'll actually use it enough to make it worth it.

What keeps me busy
Wow, it's been busy so far this month. I've had a lot of projects due for my classes. The last one took me over 12 hours just to type up my notes for the rough draft and do some editing. I've also spent more time in random libraries searching through their entire collections for certain types of books, two afternoons last week.

VCR time
What the heck? It should not take me over twenty minutes to figure out how I should program my VCR's time. Seriously, it was only under setup if you had it on VCR and not channels. It took up so much time I couldn't run any errands I had planned before class. -
Voting
Voting was easy and fun. There was no line, I used a touch screen, and I got candy and a sticker when I was done. Super easy! Hope everyone's voting goes as well as mine. -
