I don't want to weigh myself until next month.
I obviously can't eat throughout the day because i end up binging, so i've decided to have one meal a day (breakfast).

Thursday- One egg, and 2 egg whites in pitta bread, grean tea (301)
Friday- Cod fillet, brocoli, carotts, gravy, grean tea (351)
Saturday- Tamato salad (150)
Sundaty- Fast
