Okay, I always try to eschew being miserable on livejournal coz I don't know the boundary between emo and emotion. So I guess here it goes. Me venting.

Well, what can I say? I don't know how obvious it is, but I guess it will be now:
I don't understand people.

:) i'm always impressed when i see you following through with some idea i've given you and mixing it with your own -- it's very charming chris and i'm charmed :P you're so amazingly clever and perceptive, you'll see after all why i've said some of the things i have about the shape of things to come for you... basically the overall point of every word i've said is that if you do the hard stuff now, later's a breeze. with every moment the universe reveals itself in all its complexity to you, all you have to do is notice. there are plenty of ppl out in the world who are 40 and still fighting off ideas of parental control etc. still trying to find that magic first moment in whichever way they expect it to appear: even as ridiculous as that sounds on a second read ( ... )
