Honeymoon in New York, Part II

Marriage
Woo, I'm Married!
It was awesome, Tony teared up when he saw me (really made my day), we were surrounded by dear friends and family, and despite the drama - we had an amazing time!

Fire Update
As of last night, the Los Padres/Indians fire is 66% contained. The emergency contact gave my mom a go ahead to come up to Seattle. They said they were cautiously optimistic about the progress and the relative safety of the house. I haven't been able to find an updated map of the burn coverage since 6/22, so that's a little bit harder to determine ( Read more... ) -

They keep putting off the date they are coming up, which is a little unsettling in more ways than one. Not only that, but my mom is the one making my dress, which she is currently sewing. I'm getting married in 12 days, and I should be super excited. Instead, I'm nervous. Not so much for me, but for my parents. My mom was planning on coming up to Seattle today to get Cheshyr in order and finish up my dress. Now, they may have to just fly up and we hope that the dress fits perfectly without a final trial.
