SL and I had a deep talk tonight. he's definitely FAR beyond 19 in mental age. I don't know. we connect on a level that neither of us really understands. we both acknowledged that tonight. he told me that if my sister had a problem with us being the way we are, she was going to have to get over it because he's not going to lose his connection

Yes, we are both adults. But you know as well as I do that there are a lot of differences in the lives of a 19 year old and a 24 year old.

yea but how long till he is 20? I mean. those differences slip away greatly once that 1 turns to a 2.

no I agree. My friends tease me and call him my "teenage boyfriend" although he is not my bf at all. he'll be 20 in november.

The thing is, at first my sister was all into it, but somewhere along the line, she changed her mind. Plus, I told him I didnt want her feeling like I had stolen her friends away from her, because I get along with them so well. And I was like "It's obvious to me that we just connect in some places that you and she don't." And he agreed. I told her I didn't want her thinking that I was like... infringing on her territory or something. He then said if she felt that way she would have to get over it because he liked being around me and felt a connection with me and wouldn't give that up just because it made her uncomfortable.
