Making progress.

Ok so I am weighing in at 58kg tonight. Hopefully less in the morning. I purged this morning after breakfast because I knew I would get too hungry to last until the next day. Then ate some cake, chocolate and 2 crackers. All up 1000cal. More if you include breakfast. But it was one of those purges you just know got pretty much all. Love it when ( Read more... )

I pretty much do the same, one main meal and snacks. If I have a 'meal' I freaked and purged pasta the other night, my god that's hard >.< put me off eating for awhile. Don't want to get into that habit, I'd rather restrict. We're about the same weight xo

Oh I always OD on pasta. Then end up purging. Such a hassle. I am trying to restrict atm too. I am never going over 1000 cal per day. I am living off soup, because its super low calorie and this diet chocolate mousse because its only 70 calories per carton. Random! I hope to lose 5kg in two weeks. Because I gained a kg by eating normally (not even bingeing.) So unfair! Along with working out 4 days a week. Basically 55kg by the 14th of Nov. Sorry about the late reply, haven't been on with my fatness! xxx
