Well, last night we decided spur-of-the-moment to put laminate flooring in the bedroom. When we did all the original work on the bedroom (removing the camouflage wallpaper and army green carpet) we decided to hold off on flooring. Instead we primed and painted the subfloor. So I'm still here at work. That means I didn't get laid off, unlike 70 or so other people from Nordion. 40% of my group is gone, including my manager.

I don't know who I report to now, or what I'm supposed to be working on.

Now I just have to convince this knotted ball of stress in my gut to release...

I'm reading through a 2.5" thick stack of PLC code printout to determine if a change I'm planning on doing will have any negative effect on the operation of the equipment.
