Hey I totally know what you mean. The way I feel so much better is by venting, and that is either by telling someone or writing it in a journal. And sometimes that number one person is God as cheesy as it sounds. Just telling him how you feel and praying for what is going on in your life brings such a closeness and comfort and then after reading my bible about the subject for encouragement. I am glad you are feeling free, it is awesome, but if you ever feel like your emotions are going crazy God is there ready to listen.

NEVER be ashamed of your problems. Seek help, rather than hiding from it. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHERS THINK OF YOU.
*remembers going through this exact same thought process in my Sophomore year, after reading The Scarlet Pimpernel* (<-- ever since then, sometimes I've gotten obsessive about labeling my emotions and feelings, and NOT masking them.)
Ya know this thing on LiveJournal, about what "mood" you're in? Yeah I've literally sat there for minutes trying to precisely label my mood. And being 110% honest about it.
I would say more like 49% of people pretend nothing is wrong, and 49% of people blow stuff out of proportion..2% of people get it right.
I love this entry you've written. I am the biggest fan of showing feeling. (And yet, am I a hypocrite? I rarely cry in front of others.)
I could go on and on and getting more and more deep and less and less profound but I'll just spare everyone the agony and stop right about now.
