It has been decided! Þorri and I are returning to Narrabri next Friday. It will be an interesting cross-country journey involving a bus and two trains. We'll have to leave Byron Bay on Thursday because one of the trains is an overnight train! It will be lovely to see my grandmother and Lindsay again. I also need to be careful with the sun - I don't tan, I just burn. I also have to put some on my head since my hair is so short.

Otherwise, I am totally envying the weather down under as I hang out here in my New England apartment waiting for Hurricane Sandy. Heh.

I went without sunscreen yesterday (it was cloudy) and now I have a clown nose. So I definitely feel your pain on the burning front.

I hope you'll be all right and that Sandy won't be too bad. :S
