Research keeps making life difficult. The major issue is that what we are trying to do is the inverse of what most people do, and there is a reason why they do it that way. There's something about the holiday season that makes me spend all of my time in lab. Like today! And last weekend. And so on. Still haven't gotten anyone any gifts. One of these days I will find a career path that does not involve routine weekend work. Just not any time soon.
