Have you ever been listening to a song and thought it could be the opening song to a movie?
Or now that you think of it, is your favorite song one of those?
Have you been listening to a song as the world feels like it's falling apart and it feels just perfect in that moment

No.. I don't know any perfect songs.. ;)

But I do have a tendency to write scenes for songs.. Like, I'll just be listening to a song and be like, this would be awesome for a movie that has a scene where two people break up in the rain.. and then this riff here would be great for a 'moving on with life' montage.. and then at the end you would see her pull up in front of her childhood home in a taxi just as the song fades out.. this song would fit that scene so well... =)

Yah! Hahaha I do that all the time too! I've been actually meaning to go through and write down specific parts and what types of scenes they would apply to but am too lazy. Ah well.

Um. Um. Um. I have lots of songs that I think are perfect, but they're so perfect in weird ways or for different situations.

Right now, at this very moment, my perfect song is "All These Things That I've Done" by the Killers.

I know, I know so many but they just don't seem to fit the situation.

...you know what? I was actually considering the beginning of that song but I've reworked it that it might just fit.

Well the original moment was you are looking at the perfect house and stuff. Maybe some narration over it as you go through the rooms and then you stop above this girl who's lying either on her bed or on the floor as screaming/yelling/door slamming is going on. Some more narration and then it blacks out to go back in time.

That was the original. But hmmm we'll see.
