I'm really feeling very low and can't seem to pick myself up. my hospital appt was awful acutally and I couldn't help but have a little weep on the bed/couch thingie. I didn't like the way the machine whirred over me and I particularly didn't like the stuff they put into my arm - it went in cold and then very hot. I could feel it hot all the way
