So in my illness, I've been unable to smoke. And since I've already gone three days without a cigarette, I've decided to quit altogether. It's not been so bad yet. I was too sick to even care during the first two days. I think the nicotine is officially out of my system now, so there's that. Addiction is a beast, I tell you. Good luck! You can do it! It took my husband three years to finally stop smoking cigarettes because he found e-cigs that he liked that were so close to the real thing he told me he doesn't even want the regular ones anymore, which is great since before he said the other e-cigs made him want the real ones instead (you know, like drinking flavored sparkling water instead of soda). I do think it's funny his favorite e-cig flavor is waffles though haha. Anyway, I wish you both luck!

Good for you! You can do it and you'll feel SO much better! Hubby quit years ago and hasn't regretted it!

That's fantastic! I've been smoking on and off since I was 15. It's terrible. I use it as such a crutch. I hope to kick it once and for all soon, once I get my body where I want it to be otherwise.
