Is it strange that I was able to purchase Final Fantasy VII: Advent CHildren for only $6 CDN?

That seems AWFULLY cheap to me.

seems way cheap. While I was looking for Princess Mononoke (the whole time drilling 'dontwatchanimedontwatchanimedontwatchanime' into my mind, in vain) I saw that most DVDs were 50+ bucks.

The video and sound quality are superb...

But the subtitles are horrible.

That's what's been keeping me from picking up the Sonic X boxsets you can get. They're all bootleg and the subtitles even have their -names- screwed up. @o; Knuckles being Cruze, Shadow being Mater, Tails being Diluss.

So.. yeah. Bootlegs can be supercheap... but the subtitles will make you sit there and go BUH? Oo;

Now.. if you're buying a movie that's insanely hard to find anymore and is in English... >.> *clutches her bootleg copy of Flight of Dragons and The Chipmunk Adventure* <.<; <3<3

Heh, I'm suprised you got a bootleg. I've seen many places selling the japanese version and it's just fine. Though I have to change the subtitles whale playing the movie and not before. Well at least you got it cheap. When its truly released we will see somthing better.
