Your posts always makes sad that I do not live in England or Ireland so that I could go to one of your events!

About the constant colds, have you been checked to see if you could suffer from a very, very mild form of asthma? It only occurred to me because what you wrote reminded me so the constant colds I used to have. Now I hardly ever jump back counters anymore when I hear someone sneeze :)

The flat white is known in non-Antepodean parts of the world as a 'no-foam latte'. That phrase is an aberration and should be killed with fire. I'm glad to see the flat white is getting some traction in the rest of the world.
