Last night I had a VERY REALISTIC dream that I was in Taiwan. I was driving down wenxin road on my scooter until I saw one of my students, Scott. I pulled over and picked him up and we drove to a bridge where all my other students were. I found this banana ice cream recipe and James and I LOVE IT. You freeze some bananas (for at least a few hours). Then slice them and drop them in a food processor (or you could use a blender or hand mixer). You blend until it has the consistency of ice cream. DONE ( Read more... )
