I know it's too soon to be calling Mestinon a miracle drug, but goddamn, I feel better than I have in ages! Dr. Meador (my neuro) prescribed it to me for my POTS/NCS. It's a Myasthenia Gravis drug, but apparently works for orthostatic hypotension. I feel like the old Sara again! WHEEEEEEEEEE! Mestinon fucks up my stomach a lot more than it normally
