ACK!!!! IT ENDED THERE?!?!?!?

I still hold out hope for the Jack reaction!

After the new year, perhaps? Maybe? Sorta? PLEASE?!?

*hugs* thank you for this story. So great to see the Ianto/Ten interaction.... there hasn't been enough in canon.

Heh. We'll see. I'm still working on my novel, and want to give it some TLC for a solid while. And I have some xmas gift knitting that I've been putting off for this fic that needs to be done like *right now* ;) However! I don't think it'll be long - I've already got the next story buzzing about in my brain rather demandingly.

And true 'nuff, there hasn't been enough interaction. I was so hoping to see Ianto on the TARDIS ...

Thank *you* for reading and enjoying!

I love your idea of the Windhovers. The entire concept is so neat, and I think that Ianto's species (a derivative of the Windhovers, really, if I'm reading this right) fits in perfectly, in both the pre-Time War universe and the post-Time War one (and, really? huge difference.) I love how imperfect everything is still, even though Ianto clearly cares about Jack, he still can't quite bring himself to be that vulnerable around him. I have to say, I'm more looking forwards to Jack's reaction (which may be similar to Ianto's reaction to the Doctor, now that I think about it) than I am to the WINGPORN!!! but I'll very happily take both.

Love your Ten. Spot on.

Thank you! The Windhovers have really been fun to develop - from their cultures to their reason for being, so to speak. It all really stemmed from a) wanting to write wing!fic but not have it be stereotypical wing!fic, and b) redeem 'angels' in the Who'verse, just a little bit ('Blink' still makes me twitch), c) toy with the idea of angel mythology and religious concepts without being overtly sacrilegious ;) and d) write another 'version' of strong!Ianto.

So I smooshed all that together and this is what I came up with. ;)

Thanks for reading! I'm glad you've enjoyed and yes, there may just be Jack!reaction in the next fic ... ;)

Woot! Be as goofy as you want, I like goofy.

The backstory (or the storybook itself) would be kind of fun to write, as a side project. *g* Like I need more things to write ...

*chuckles* NO PRESSURE! I just have to come up with a better line than that one. ;) I actually went back and rewrote that one because the first version of it was terrible. Glad I did!

Thank *you*, and thanks for reading!

Yup. Well, relatively speaking? :) I'm going to spend a little time getting gift knitting done for xmas now, and working on the novel a bit, but I'll get back to this series soon. I've got the next story buzzing around my brain, demanding attention already. *g*

Thanks for reading!
