so it's diet time again...i really need to do it!...i've been gaining weight like crazy and i'm completely out of shape...last time i decided to go on a diet i lost 15 pounds in two weeks...but then i put it back on double time in two weeks...so this time i'm going to do it healthy...i'm going to stick to my pilates workout and as the weather ( Read more... )
