It was around 60 degrees here in Pa earlier today and it made it a little difficult to believe it's still winter. Chris and I are heading for Megacon next weekend in Orlando and I'm only hoping we don't have to battle a snow storm like we did last year. Well LiveJournal is finally working again at home. We were having some crazy problem with it redirecting a million times and then timing out. It was 2 degrees outside this morning when I came to work...there is something incredibly wrong with that. I hate winter. According to the news it's going to snow again on Thursday...our little townhouse development still hasn't gotten rid of the snow on the streets completely from the last storm...I can see this is going to be a problem throughout ( Read more... )

It's been a crazy crazy couple of weeks. Chris and I moved into our new apartment. It's super cute....three bedrooms...two floors...washer and dryer...two bathrooms. I love it. The funeral for the Cathryn and Michael Borden is Saturday afternoon at 1pm. This whole situation still has this feeling of not being real...like any moment I'm going to wake up and find out it's been nothing but a nightmare. I know how hard this is on their family...James is being strong and holding the family together from what I hear...I haven't ( Read more... )

They found Kara yesterday...she was safe. Thank you to everyone who let me know as soon as you found out...it means a lot. It's a small relief in a much larger tragedy, but at least one part of it has been resolved. She should be coming back to PA today...along with the boy who killed her parents.
