Hey Lauren, I love going to that graveyard everytime i'm in center Philly. Did you know that is where Ben Franklin is buried! And tons of other revoltionary war generals and I believe about 5 other signers of the Declaration of Independance. It's definitely the best graveyard i've been to yet. Last time I was there i learned that the reason most of the writing is gone on almost all the headstones is because of the pollution in the city....luckily someone was smart enough to write everything down about 70 years ago so we know who everyone is. Amazingly Ben Franklin used marble on his grave and it is perfectly preserved except for a small crack...that dude sure was Smart!!

I so need to check out that graveyard. This was just some little one on the side of the road near where we parked. What street is it on? I have no doubts about how smart Ben Franklin is! =P

Its right by the Mint, right off the side of the road. It's not really a huge place, actually that picture we're the marchers are holding the banner looks like the entrance to it. Its a brick wall surrounding it. I'll have to ook up the exact street for u--u'll totally love checkin it out.

Found it.-- His grave is visible through an iron gate at the southeast corner of 5th and Arch Streets.
