Last weekend, I went to Voodoo Music Fest in NOLA. Mack and I drove down Thursday night. I skipped my class on Thursday. We got on the road about 6. I've been talking to my parents daily since Wednesday... Friday evening my mom told me Aveda would be closed Saturday and Tuesday. So she was planning to evacuate. So... Let's go back to Sunday. Best Buy had a special "afterhours" for Reward Zone members shopping event. They had triple reward points. (Normally you earn 1 point per dollar spent) and something like 250 points equals a $10 gift certificate. Awesome right? Someone at Bambi's Subway had a cat that supposedly a boyfriend's roommate picked up, but then she believes that same cat ended up in her backyard (as in over the fence, that said less than 3 month old kitten could have climbed).
