There comes a time - and I think four a.m. may be that time - when one has to sit back and not continue to work on the cleaning/organizing because it’s fucking four a.m. and other people not having a manic phase are probably trying to sleep.

gurrl, serious. my bf was out of town for only four days and i stayed up until 5am every night nearly, rearranging all our furniture, hanging shelves, creating new vignettes of crap, BUILDING A CANOPY FOR OUR BED. stupid shit. but YAY to someone who understands!!

I think what you're doing sounds pretty productive and you won't regret having done all of that organizing come September! IF you are having sleeping troubles may I suggest renting the HBO series Six Feet Under? Be careful, though, it's dangerously addictive and it's caused me to spend a few nights watching the sun rise. It's such an amazing show, though, and I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. It takes a while to get used to the format, content, and the characters but it's difficult to turn your back on it after awhile. Hope you're well. Miss you.

I too love shelves and yet there has been no shelving installed since the great closet of last year. Sigh.
