I’m thinking of cutting off all of my hair. I'm working the hair I used to have in my early twenties. It’s a bit of a matted mess in the morning. On the other hand, sometimes it looks pretty.

Here’s a not very lovely picture of me with all of my hair. I’d probably had it up that day and then taken it down - it’s not usually that wavy.

Yesterday was an unqualified beautiful.  Mia came home from school, packed herself a apple slices and water and ventured outside with my trout basket and her stuffed animal.  She was off for a picnic “on the east coast”.  She assured me that it was somewhere in the vicinity of the building and I’d be able to track her down for dinner.

After a week of sickness - I spent my last week of work throwing up and Ulysses had a cold - the apartment was a spectacular mess. So much so that on Friday, after cake and good wishes from everyone I worked with, I came home and declared that we were not staying in. I had Monday off. It was fine, but I felt sleepy and bleh all day. On Tuesday I came back to work. Everyone on my team went out for a good-bye lunch for me. We went to a new restaurant in town and it seemed nice enough. Unfortunately, on Tuesday morning, I’d felt a little queasy when I woke up.
