Our vacation was great! We drove to Huntsville on Friday night and it was up hill all the way from Birmingham. I had no idea there were going to be so many hills. I loved it! I had a fabulous weekend spending time with old friends and meeting some new ones. Lots of drinks on Friday night in New Orleans. Sail Boat, more drinks and trouble on Saturday. Welp, today has been bitter sweet for me. I took a load of stuff to my new office. I came in this morning to a plant at my door with a card from my students. We only have two now (have had up to 5 at one time). I cried and cried first thing this morning. I'm so sick of writing freakin reports. Everyone cross your fingers that I finish before Friday so I don't have to work over this wonderful holiday weekend. Boy would some time off be nice.
