Steve & I have officially been together for 5 years, and officially married for 1. can't believe how fast time flies.... :)

In 2 weeks, we will have been married for 10 months already. can you fucking believe it?? DAMN. If I could do it all over again, I would. in a heartbeat. greatest day of my life, ever.

Got the dress today--well found it, ordered it, got it fitted =D

it's GORGEOUS!

Now it's killing me, B/c I have to wait 5-6 months for it come in. All brand new. New veil, new dress, and New ....tiara. haha. If I get to be a princess for a day, I'm going all out!

P.S.-- daddy about shit his pants when he found out the total. ;)

Our wedding has been bumped up a day early to Friday October 3rd, 2008. (Which I like better, because that's been our anniversary.)

My mama just put the deposit on the hall for the reception (which we have the biggest room from 6p-1am) and the shower. which will be Sunday, August 10th, 2008 from 1p-5pm.

after 7 months of going through applications and mortgage companies and banks, I finally recieved the phone call today that we've been approved for The American Dream Program---The one that I have been talking about for quite some time now. Meaning in 6 months, Steve & I will be OFFICIAL HOME OWNERS. 

-we went to stephanie's yesterday and she made us an AWESOME dinner--and she is a super buff bitch now. She runs 6 miles a day now, sometimes twice a day! so proud of her <3

at 10:30am I hand in my official application to get into the American Dream program and it gets sent to lansing. They only allow about half of the people in the program. I've already signed up for 3 of the courses. and I was justttt thinking about it earlier today, I can already tell them I have $975 of the $2500 I'm supposed to save for in 6 ( Read more... )

So I had my second Orientation for the American Dream Program, which is the program to buy the house. I'm THISCLOSE to getting it. next appointment is June 21st, and Then all of my information will be presented to the "commitee" which is basically all the government people in Lansing.
