 Day 3 of my minimal eat programme.  Going well, i managed to get a good 35 min run in on my lunch yesterday and am going straight on one tonight after work so should well over burn what im eating this week!  Was so fucking pissed off cos i couldnt run on monday night - i hate finishing work late!  Keep strong!!!!!

Its my first time posting, but ive visited the site alot!  I went out last night feeling like a fat lump, i just dont understand why i feel this way.  Im a size 8 (uk) which i know isnt fat, but when i look in the mirror all i see is a big fat girl.  Its so depressing no matter how hard i try i cant see anything else!  My friends and i swap clothes ( Read more... )
