I won't say that he's a hack, or a bad composer - because he isn't. Although I admit that I think there have been and will be and are a great many composers who are as good as him or better.

17 U.S.C. § 1008, as legislated by the Audio Home Recording Act of 1992, says that non-commercial copying by consumers of digital and analog musical recordings is not copyright infringement. Backup Tools
As far as I can tell, there are no longer any functioning backup tools for livejournal (that can be trusted; i see a version of ljarchive on github, but there's only a handful of comments, and one mentions ransomware.) I do not see an export option on the website itself anymore (and even when there was one, it was only for one month at a time.)
