Writer's Block: Killer Queen
As many others have said before me, how do you choose just one favourite Queen song? However, if I must, then it has to be '39', from the 'A Night at the Opera' album. It needs careful listening-to, and an understanding of Einsteins theory of time dilation, but it's worth the effort, as it is such a gorgeous song. A close second is 'One Vision.' -
Third time, catchy time
Well,the dreaded redundancy monster reared it's ugly head again,and this time with a vengeance!!! The last two times, we had been told wether our job was 'at risk' or not, then volunteers for redundancy were asked for. NOT SO THIS TIME. what a lovely day for celebrating... I'm a british royalist and it's William & Catherine's wedding day, I'm off work, a work-colleague's baby is due today and the latest word is that she IS in labour, and it's my birthday. If I needed an excuse to open the sparkling grape juice, I'm spoilt for choice!!!!!
